⭐ 1. Role Model & Conduct
What is this about?
As part of the StellaHub team, you represent our project to the outside world. Your behavior shapes the impression others have of us.
- Attitude: Treat everyone politely, patiently and respectfully – true professionalism shows especially in challenging situations.
- Positive Atmosphere: Avoid provocations, insults or public conflicts. We rely on constructive communication.
- Conflict Resolution: Stay factual and solution-oriented. We resolve internal disagreements internally and discreetly.
💬 2. Team Communication & Processes
What is this about?
Transparent and clear communication is the foundation of our successful collaboration.
- Confidentiality: We treat internal information, discussions and plans confidentially. Sharing sensitive internal information (leaking) is not permitted and harms the entire team.
- Joint Decisions: We make important decisions together as a team. We avoid solo actions to include all perspectives.
- Reporting Obligation: Report problems, technical errors or serious incidents immediately to leads or admins so we can react quickly.
🛠️ 3. Handling Team Permissions
What is this about?
The extended permissions in the team serve exclusively the welfare of the community and the fulfillment of your tasks.
- Purpose-Bound Use: Use your permissions exclusively for official team tasks. Private advantages like unnecessary teleporting or distributing items are not allowed.
- Moderate Moderation: Apply moderation measures like mutes or bans only for clear rule violations and always ensure proportionality.
- Transparency: Document your interventions comprehensibly so decisions remain fair and just.
📜 4. Compliance with All Rules
What is this about?
Team members are not above the rules – on the contrary, we carry special responsibility as role models.
- Full Validity: The public community rules apply without exception to all team members. We are not an exception, but a role model.
- Increased Responsibility: With permissions comes not less, but more responsibility. We show how rules are properly lived.
- Consistent Enforcement: Violations of internal and external rules are taken seriously and handled internally.
👥 5. Dealing with Players
What is this about?
Fairness and equal treatment are central values of our community. Every player deserves the same respectful treatment.
- Impartiality: Treat all players equally – regardless of whether you know them personally or not. Friendships must not mean special advantages.
- Factual Decisions: Make your decisions based on facts and rules, not personal feelings or sympathies.
- Consultation: When uncertain, seek advice from a higher-ranking team member before acting. Together we find the best solution.
⏱️ 6. Activity & Reliability
What is this about?
A strong team needs reliable members. Your regular presence makes the difference.
- Expected Activity: We value active participation, but it occurs according to possibility and within your personal time capacity. There are no fixed attendance requirements, but we appreciate regular presence on Discord or in-game.
- Short Absences: If you can't be present for up to six (6) days, give a brief notice in the team chat.
- Longer Breaks: Please report absences of seven (7) days or more in advance to the leads so we can plan.
- Consequence of Inactivity: Unannounced absence of twenty-one (21) days or more leads to temporary placement in reserves.
🚫 7. Absolute Prohibitions
The following behaviors are not acceptable in the team:
- Abuse or unfair use of your team permissions
- Sharing internal information with outsiders (leaking)
- Deliberately stirring up conflicts or unnecessary escalation of situations
- Unjustified or personally motivated punishments of players
- Insults, provocations or sabotage towards other team members
⚖️ 8. Consequences
In case of rule violations, the following graduated measures apply:
- Conversation & Notice: For minor offenses, we clarify the situation in a personal conversation.
- Official Warning: Repeated or more serious violations are officially documented.
- Loss of Permissions or Rank: Serious or persistent problems lead to reduction of your authority.
- Exclusion from Team: In case of extreme misconduct or intentional sabotage, we must part ways.
All measures are carried out transparently, with justification and in appropriate proportion to the incident.
